We have upgraded APM 9.1 to 9.6
But still APM agnet is working on 9.1 is this problem ?
EM is backwards compatible with older agents.
Is old agent is compatable with new EM ??
I checked in collector logs. I found all agent was disconnect same time.
As Haruhiko hinted above, the cause for this could be anything. I'd start from the network level and up. If you need help with overall APM cluster to review this, please feel free to open a support case with us at CA Support.
