    Hi All,

     

    I'm currently using SystemEDGE 5.8.2 on Redhat Enterprise 6.6 64-bit.  VAIM version 12.8.2 and Spectrum version 9.4

     

    I deployed a Monitoring Template from VAIM and included it to monitor /test/testlog.log file and to detect "down".  Also to send traps to Spectrum and VAIM.

    SystemEDGE is able to detect the file and the keyword then send traps the Spectrum correctly, but nothing visually is happening on VAIM, the server status icon is still Green.

     

    Is it supposed to stay Green in VAIM?  How can I match it with Spectrum, I set the Severity to Critical which Spectrum is getting but VAIM is not.

     

     

    Help.

    Hi All,

     

    To answer my own question, after opening Support Ticket.  Basically, I need to do something in Spectrum for the trap alarm to clear automatically.
