I know some Customer has already installed it and I also. SO far no issues, besides there is a problem downloading by clicking the Cloud under the Download column. Sustaining Engineering is aware of the problem and is working with the Web group to get it fixed. There is a workaround to the problem by doing the following steps.
-Go to the webpage for the 7.2.1 Refresh Pack 24.004 at the following link.

-Click all items that you require/need under "Add to Cart" column.
-On the toolbar above, click Cart.
-Click "Checkout" at the bottom of the page.
-You will get an email with a link. Click the link and choose HTTP (the one I used). There will be a zip downloaded that contains all of the items you selected.
