I can't see CA Dispatcher Object in Windows Performance Monitor. Is this feature available?

Maybe its windows setting and not Plex services: According to Microsoft, you can also disable the performance counters for individual services by changing the registry key

Nope cant find them either

 

Tried: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/248993

 

Uninstalled the Service and reinstalled with -ip (got good info messages on the command line telling me everything was successful)
