Issue is due to multiple installations available on server. Resolved now. able to see portal page with registry name now.

Hi Harika,
The Portal issue is observed if the Portal service is not running or cannot connect to the Registry service to authenticate users.
I recommend to stop all the DevTest services, and then start them manually again. Also, wait for few minutes inbetween starting components.

On Devtest 10.6 have started Portal and Registry components but getting below error while trying to login to portal url.
Server error, can not authenticate user. Please make sure the Portal service is running.
- Able to connect to registry
- Portal web page is loading
- Portal logs are getting generated under tmp folder with no errors
