Can Service virtualization replace drivers(Upstream systems)

Hi,

there is a customer requirement to replace upstream systems by SV. Is it possible. 

Also can this be considered with continuous testing? If yes, how to configure using Jenkins. Can I get some steps/documentation.

Hi Thulasi,

You can mimic the upstream system using CA DevTest. However, this will not be an ideal SV usecase but more of an automation use case. You can use TestCases/Test Suites to create triggers which will act as upstream systems.

Yes, you can integrate CA devTest artifacts with jenkins and achieve CI/CD. There is a jenkins plugin avaialble for CA devtest as well.
