Portal showing one hour ahead

I have DevTest 10.2 environment.
A few days ago I noticed that Portal is showing the time one hour ahead.
I restarted the entire environment and keeps showing the wrong time.

This is the time in server where Portal runs:

And here you can see the Portal showing an hour ahead of real time:

How can i fix this issue?

Is it only for this field or for all the times within portal (i.e. inspection view, cvs etc.) ?

Hi Rodrigo,

Are you using Oracle as your backend DB? If yes, try using below in vmoption
-Duser.timezone="-01:00"

Also, try to check timezones of both the machines once as well
