VSE Recording for 50k transcations

Hi,

We are planning for VSE recording for 5 end point urls as 5 parallel recording sessions in Dev Test Workstation. We expect each end point will be getting hit by 50k transcations. Does Dev Test support recording without any memory/performance issue?

Is there any pre requisite configurations or any limitations for recording 50K + transactions?

​Hi Srinivasan,

What you are planning to have post recording, as if somehow you can capture 50k transactions, it is not recommended(or may not be feasible as well) to have a vsi which will hold 50k transactions.

If you are running a performance test, make sure you use a smaller set of data and record all types of transactions.

Also, simultaneously capturing 50k transactions from each endpoint will definitely need a high end configuration and distributed CA devTest installation.

We are going to record Post SOAP request, where we don't have much hold on input data as well the services response data.So we are planning to do recording to capture all request and responses between the systems. is there any other way to achieve/capture the request and responses with all data.
