How to disable CBC mode cipher encryption

We are using CA DevTest 8.0.1 and our Security team have asked to disable CBC mode cipher encryption, and enable CTR or GCM cipher mode encryption in linux box.

How we can do this?

Please upgrade your DevTest environment to latest release. Version 8.0.1 may be using a very old JRE.

              Can you share some more details. Did you security team detect that CBC mode encryption used by DevTest application ? Do you have any assessment report from the security team that you can share.
