Need help in recording a ssl based CSI service

We needed help on implementing a virtual service recorder for backend https based live url and are getting error or plan html response back stating a Network Error/Communication Error Message when we try and access the recorder url

I also changed local.properties file to include https.protocols=TLSv1.2,TLSv1.1,TLSv1 and then removed _ from the local.properties file.Still,when I hit the service using Postman,I get error and nothing gets recorded:

I would recommend you to configure SSL information in local.properties first and then try creating a test case in DevTest Workstation with REST step or WebService step and see you can make a call to live endpoint successfully. Then try the recording. SSL documentation is available at:
