I'm trying to setup the Demo server that comes with the DevTest Solutions so I can study it a little.
But whenever I run the server I get different exceptions thrown in the log. The first one to pop out is the following:

I'm running it on 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise via the Command Prompt (as an administrator).
First I thought the problem was the corporative network not allowing me to connect to the URL in the error(http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd).
But I'm able to connect (and download the file) via the browser.
I've searched the community and haven't found anyone with a similar situation.
Does anyone have any insight on this?
