  • 1.  VS Execution mode: learning not supported for TCP ?

    In DevTest 9.1 Documentation, it is mentioned in the execution mode Matrix that Learning mode and Image validation are not supported for TCP?

    However, this model behavior can be selected from the server console and it almost works as expected.

    This restriction is not present in DevTest 8.4 Documentation.

    Can someone clarify since "learning" this is an important functionality for our CA SV users?

    Learning and Image Validation modes for TCP are supported.  We're working on getting the docs updated (I just sent a large data dump to the doc team...).

     

    pbernard.1 you mentioned that it "almost works as expected."  If you are seeing functional issues with learning mode and TCP, be sure to contact support.  It may be a known issue we have a patch for, or if not, we definitely want to help you get it fixed.
