I'm struggling to understand the use case for Kafka virtualization. I can see the use for Test support, but Kafka doesn't seem suited to a request-response pattern that would fit with VSE. Can you give me some more details on your scenario? Are you actually sending individual requests and receiving individual responses over Kafka? Is there some kind of correlation? Are you using keys? What kind of message payloads are you using? What version of Kafka are you using?
To answer your question, we don't have Apache Kafka support yet. I've been thinking about Test support, but VSE support doesn't make sense to me yet.
