    can we create it through demoserver ? if so , what is the queue manager and channel ?

    No.  The Demo Server only contains a JMS messaging provider.  IBM MQ is a completely different, proprietary messaging provider.  You have to either download the IBM MQ server directly from IBM's PartnerWorld downed site, or use one of the existing IBM MQ servers that the QA department maintains in their own VMs.
