TDM solution involving Oracle, DB2 and SAP

hi , 

One of our customer has 3 different DB's (Oracle , DB2 and SAP) , but they don't have control over DB2 and SAP as its with 3rd party . 
We're currently proposing a POC with CA TDM . 

we will have control over Oracle , since the data is flowing to DB2 and SAP , if we do a data masking there will be an impact to the downstream .
any solutions to resolve this scenario ?

unfortunately, the question is very high level..  I assume you will have to implement the same masking rules on the downstream DB's.

it all depends on what masking was/will be done. and how the data is being channeled to the downstream(any data formulations ?).
