CA TDM portal.:Error thrown on Self- Service catalog form when used '9999-12-31' value in 'Date' field while searching data

As a part of requirement, a column 'DATE' in SQL SERVER table has '9999-12-31' value in it.

Below error message is displayed when 'exact date' , 'date on or before', 'date between(inclusive)' options(operators) are used along with value '9999-12-31' while performing search on 'DATE' column on the self-service form. But accepts the value when 'date on or after' option is selected for '9999-12-31' date.

 

Error message:

Failed to find the data

500: One or more values is out of range of values for the date SQL Server data type

 
The self-service form works fine when date ='9999-12-30' is used for any of the logical operators.

    I think this may be a defect, i would recommend raising a support ticket so our engineering team can investigate.
