HAgent | Cannot connect to authentication server:

Hi Team,

After installing my CA Harvest agent in Linux server (Version 13.0.3)., while starting the agent i got below error (LDAP connection) 

HAgent | 20181220 14:41:54 | ERROR: Cannot connect to authentication server: Connect error.

please let me know for further details.

Hello Jagan,

 

Your best bet with this type of an error message is to use the hauthtst utility to validate your LDAP connection information.  Details on this command can be found in the documentation here: hauthtst Command-Authentication Server API Test
