why the field of a form became disabled after some returns??

Requirement with many returns of Quality to Development is blocked and does not allow "Return" to Quality Development. The error does not allow comments to be edited in Quality (the form is disabled). The package with the role of administrator of Harvest was returned, without including observations. This error has also been reflected in other requirements with many returns.

Hello Luis,

 

Can you attach, or email to me the xml for this form type?  This might be happening because of something in the initialization or validation scripts of your form.

 

Is this happening with every form of this type? 

 

You have said the package was "returned".  Can you tell me more about this?  Does this mean the package was promoted to the next state and then demoted back to the Calidad state?

 

Let me know about these things.
