    Until r12.5 the plug in is download from the compatibility matrix.

    You can find the Visual Studio plugin on the installation DVD for Harvest.  You can either run the "Product Explorer" (PE\PE_i386.EXE) or look for the installation folders in the "Client" folder (client\win32_vsip).
