*** The person performing the installation MUST have system administrator privileges on the system. ***

Problem: Installing a Harvest component that is a self-extracting .exe file that was create by InstallShield product,

you may encounter the InstallShield Wizard pop up error message "Error reading setup initialization file".

Reason: InstallShield .exe files are self-extracting executables that tries to extract the needed install components

into the current directory in order to actually perform the installation. This error usually means that the install

was unable to accomplish the self-extraction.

Solution: The simplest solution is to create a temporary directory on the C: drive such as c:\install, then copy

all the install .exe files into that directory, r-click on the proper .exe and do "Run as Administrator".

The installer should avoid using protected directories such as c:\windows, c:\windows\system32, c:\users.
