    Harvest 12.6

     

    When installing agent on a Redhat Linux Enterprise 6.6 64bit machine using the Harvest 12.6 install DVD media, the agent install may fail with the following error:

     

    ${CAPKIHOME} is not a valid CA ETPKI installation.

     

    This is caused by a missing CAPKIPLAT_PATH for this platform in the install script. Development is looking at fixing this issue in the next release.

     

    Workaround:

    Open \client\linux_x86_64\agentonly.tar.gz\setup.sh; under OS_FIND(), add this line:

    CAPKIPLAT_PATH="Linux/amd64/64”

    Save and close the file.

    Install agent as per Install Guide
