    Hi, we have installed RA 6.6, but dashboard is displaying wrong titles. Is there any firewall port to enable?

    Hello,

     

    This KB Article seems to point to a problem with the en-us.json file in: <RA Management Server>/webapps/datamanagement/i18n

     

    Some labels are incorrect on ROC - CA Knowledge 

     

    The properties of this file from my 6.6 NAC is as follows:

    -rw-rw----.  1 noliouser noliouser 94637 Apr 29 10:44 en-us.json

     

    If yours (size or date) is different then please open an issue with CA Support for them to provide you a copy of theirs.

    Hi,

     

    In the support case, Gregg already provided en-us.json for i18n folder to you.

    However, it seems the label of widgets are garbled, so you may need to replace en-us.json under <RA Management Server>/webapps/datamanagement/i18n/widgets folder.

     

    Note:

    If widgets folder is not existed under i18n folder, you need to create the folder and copy en-us.json for widgets.

    I already mentioned to Gregg in the case.
