Unable to open Automation Studio, blocked by java security settings

    Hi,

     

    I can't open the automation studio anymore.

     

    I don't know if our security settings actually changed or something else is going on here.

     

    It says it's blocked because the start of an application with an expired certificate is not allowed.

     

    Is this an issue with my IT or is there something on CA site going on?

     

    the error message also states that applications need to be of security level high or very high.

     

    (the message prompt is in german, otherwise I would have posted a screenshot)

     

    Would it be sufficient to add our CARA site to the exceptions?

    (I can't do this on my own, but hopefully our IT could do it)

    resolved by adding the sites to the java exceptions.
