Log to File on Center Machine

I'm trying to enable some logging on an agent.  I am trying to use the Log to File on Center Machine action but I am unsure about how it works.

 

1) What does "Center Machine" specifically refer to? Does it log to something on the base RA architecture (management, execution server, etc) or can the log files be sent to the target agent itself?

 

2) When testing the action, it appears to complete successfully and shows that its successful in the nolio logs on the agent, but I cannot find the file it creates at all. I've attached the input for the action here.

You are true the Center Machine refers to CA Release Automation Center Management Server, Kindly verify  created file on CA Release Automation  Management Server .
