  • 1.  Can we setup RA 6.5 on RHEL 7.3 ?

    Hi Experts,

     

    A client has provided Linux servers with RHEL 7.3 for CA RA 6.5 implementation.

    As per docops, the platform support shows that for Red Hat Enterprise Linux the supported version is 5.5 to 7.2.

     

    Can we setup RA 6.5 on RHEL 7.3 ?

    Hi, 

     

    At the moment we officially support RA 6.5 on Redhat version 5.5 to 7.2 .

    However i do not expect any issue's with running it on redhat 7.3 as it just a minor update. 

    We have at least some customers running the agents on it. 

     

    I will check with the product team when we plan to certify on redhat 7.3 .

    Based on your update, we will be setting up the RA components - DMS, NES and few agents on 7.3.
