    Hi,

Generally, HTTP 404 could be occurred when NAC cannot access database. Please check your database.properties and distributed.properties under <ReleaseAutomationServer>\webapps\datamanagement\WEB-INF. These files may have any conflict.

    For your reference:

Install for a Distributed Environment - CA Release Automation - 6.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

On the other hand, flyway scripts problem was reported on previous releases. If you have no conflict properties file, I recommend to open new support case.

HTTP 404 - /datamanagement/index.jsp error after upgrade to latest build

Upgrade systems based on MySQL running on LNX will fail to run flyway script, the RA UI will open with errors after the u…

    Hi Yasuyuki,

    Thank you for the update.

Have verified the properties files and there are no conflicts.

The Flyway Migrate exception is everywhere in the nolio_dm_all.log.

Will raise a support case of the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi Dirk,

We have raised a support case with CA support team and the issue is under investigation.

    Hi

I looked at the support case , the root cause seems top be somthing in the access rights or setup of you rmysql database.

On startup the flyway migration will create the database contents and this seems to fail.

Make sure you have prepared the mysql server correctly

Set Up the Database - CA Release Automation - 6.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Hi Dirk,

We have tried to recreated the scenario in a test instance and the issue has not been appearing again.

We will be liaising with DBA to sort out the issue.

    Thanks & Regards
