  • 1.  Command / rest to import applications

    Posted Jun 05, 2017 03:01 AM

    Hello,

I see it's possible to export an applicatioon through command line or rest.

But I see no rest / command to import

Does anyone know if it's possible?

    regards

    Javi

There is a new feature introduced in version 6.4 that might be of interest: Create Applications Using Domain-Specific Language (DSL).   From that doc:

The Domain-Specific Language (DSL) function enables you to use high-level code to on-board new applications, reducing the time spent on modeling applications through the UI. You can export/import applications, application objects, and environments, as code to easily version or reuse applications. Users can access DSL by the UI, or by REST APIs to perform the import/export functions.

    Hi James,

I don't think that this is sufficient, as this export/import doesn't include the design part, only the general application structure.

    best regards

sorry, I must add, that the design part is not included yet. It will be in the future, once the DSL is also capable of representing the design components
