I took VM snapshot, stopped all services and upgraded CA RA from v5 to 6.1 and from 6.1 to 6.2 version.
After successful upgrade activities, I am not able to launch the dashboard/console. (Meanwhile, I am using mysql database for CA RA env!) Below error is been noticed:- HTTP Status 404 - /datamanagement/index.jsp Can you please help me on the same?

From the logs snippet shared I want to ask when you upgrade to 6.1 did you started RA service and login to RA.

    Hi,

After the 6.1 upgrade did you start NAC and confirm that you were able to login? the database upgrade takes place the first time you start the NAC after an upgrade.

    Regards

    Keith

    Hi Keith/Saurabh,

    Thanks for your response.

No, I didn't logged into console. Just saw that Nolio services were started automatically after 6.1 upgrade steps and performed 6.2 upgrade.

    Thanks,

    Hi Raghu,

It looks like you haven't given the enough time to RA service post upgrade to 6.1 to update the schema and ran with 6.2 upgrade which is resulting in the error seen above which tells that schema of DB is still of 5.5.2 which need to be of 6.1

I will request you to re-ran the upgrade to 6.1 and browse and post successful browse upgrade to 6.2.

    Thanks,

    Saurabh

Yes, upgrading to 6.1 and validating DB schema before 6.2 upgrade resolved the issue!
