Delete function for Artifact Types and Definitions

Our customer asked us to provide a function which allows us to delete the Artifact Types and Definitions cleanly in RA 5.0.

I know that we can delete them from UI in RA 5.5, but they are still in DB.

I hope the function we can cleanly delete them in the near future release of RA.
