CA Release Automation can not import action pack

Can't import any action pack from CA Release Automation Action Packs - CA Technologies.

ROC saying that everything is ok, but list of action pack's is empty. Automation Studio showing import failed and referring to logs (NullPointerException). Logs attached.

Any suggestions?

Did you see any errors in the RA nolio_dm_all.log and in the update service logs?

In ROC, if the list of installed pack is empty this might be related to problem uploading the files from RA - uploadActions folder (e.g corrupted files) , try empty the folder first (Backup the files) and restart RA  , next try to upload single pack using UI.

Note that you tried to import Hudson plugin zip file , this should be used on the Hudson server and not in the RA server
