  • 1.  Custom Links in Notification Templates?

    Hello -

    Does anyone know how to add custom links to notification templates?

    For example, the Action Item (Process) - New action item template contains the message, "To access this action item, CLICK HERE"

    Is it possible to modify this to, "To access Clarity PPM, CLICK HERE" where instead of bringing the user to the action item, it brings the user to the homepage of Classic or Modern UX?

    Appreciate any and all help, thanks in advance.

    This is a good question.  The work around we did for this was to edit that whole sentence to say "To access this action item, login to https://cppm1234.ondemand.ca.com."
