Hi Subha
You can certainly remove the server from the cluster, provided you haven't configured the cluster to run only scheduled reported. In order to remove it you can simply shut down teh Jaspersoft services on that cluster and configure your load balancer not to route any traffic to the node which you intend to remove.

Subject: Question on whether we can break Jaspersoft 7.1 CLUSTER with Clarity v15.8
We have a situation where we are planning to disable Jasper Reporting from Cluster (Currently cluster of 2 Windows server) while we are upgrading Clarity application Upgrade from current v15.4 to v15.8. Would like to know -
1. Procedure to break the cluster and use single server for reporting.
2. Impact of de clustering
3. Any other way to disable secondary server and use only Primary server for reporting as need of reporting is very less.
Thanks!
