Clarity PPM Certifications

Hi - I want to take the exams for Clarity PPM.   Who has taken the exams?  Which ones and if you can give any good suggestions on how to study?  I have not been able to find the link the Clarity PPM Learning Paths.  Please share the links to the Learning paths, it seems they may have been moved.  Any wisdom or tips is appreciated.

In a post in the mainframe community is says

Access to training courses requires an Enterprise account with Broadcom. Here are basic instructions for creating an account
I do not know if that applies for Clarity/CA PPM
My CA learning account was apparently transferred in the migration, so I cannot say what happens when a user who has not an account.
