Is Proxy in action items

I see "Is Proxy" column under the Action item list view. Does it mean if the value is "Yes" then someone could act as proxy( like someone could also be owner of AI n can close or manage that action item) ?

Hi Jaya,
Yes your understanding is correct. Let's say I am going to on vacation for 2 weeks I can select a user to be my proxy and they will be able to action on my action items.
User can set proxy for someone who should have receive the action items (Home menu -> Account Settings page -> Proxy tab).
