I have a customer who has asked us to evaluate the CA PPM software that they are using for 508 Accessibility complaince. I'm looking for any assitance that can be provided to help me address the following points that they have included in their testing citeria:
General question:Are there any known or documented custom keyboard shortcuts that can be used when working in the application? Is there any documentation available that records what these custome keyboard shorcuts are?
Developer-specific questions:1). Does the application ever automatically take or move the focus from an element?
2). Does any content change dynamiclaly (email updates, etc.), without the user initiating the change?
3). Are their any time constraints imposed on user actions and how do they impact the user expereince and how is the time constraint tested?
4). Are image maps used and are they server-side or client-side image maps?
