I'm testing the functionality of To Do Items (To-Do Techdocs.) Clarity PPM 15.9

Two resources are assigned to a task: Resource 1 and Resource 2. Each is assigned a 'To Do'.

In To Do Scoreboard of each one (for example Resource 1), it is possible to modify the whole of the other resource (Resource 2) without problem. They are not assigned security and therefore it is possible to modify it without from other resource etc..

Any way it can't be modified? Any permission?

    Best regards,

To my knowledge, Todos are thought to be a leightweight way, of dealing with task management. So: No special rights. The only workaround I can think of, is to separate it to several tasks, if it is curcial, that no one but the assigned user can edit the todos. May also works: It stays the way it is, and you try to extract the "last changed by" information, if someone argues, that another guy edited his/her todo. But Im not sure, if this information is available on Todo-Level.
