Does PPM supports MAPI protocol for emails?

  • 1.  Does PPM supports MAPI protocol for emails?

    Hi all,
    our customer migrated to new exchange and since that time they do not support imap protocol and would like us to change fetchProtocol from imap to mapi.
    Does CA PPM (we are currently running 15.7.1) support this protocol? I did not find any information in the documentation.
