Hi Team,

We are using 15,7 version
While downloading all the projects (approx 14k Active and Inactive both) via "Export To Excel" from the configure option on Project Page and getting error under the excel sheet :- 

Error: -- "The system has determined that this export to Excel will take 14.97 minutes to complete, which is greater than the allowed amount of time. The operation has been stopped by the system. Please refer to the online help for more info"

I know Govern limit is 50000 and Et_Time is 600 seconds 

How can I resolve this issue

What are the AVP settings on this Project List page. Try setting to Secure pages and export again. Check out this:

OK, so what you have to check is:
1. Make sure not too many columns added to the view. 14k will be the rows, but if you added say 17 columns to the view that can go over the limits of time anyway. Remove any unnecessary rows, any calculated attributes etc. Keep in mind this export is not made for data extract. If you need data extract, use the Jaspersoft Reports instead
2. Make sure the Oracle Table Analyze job is running (or statistics on other database vendors)
3. How long does it take to open the Project List

The governor limit is there for a purpose, you don't want the system to be stuck returning a single excel for 15 minutes, this will impact other users performance. So I do not recommend changing it.

Yes, it is working while removing column on the project view page.

But it is a slandered rule that if use less then it will work, so is it documented that you have to use limited columns on the project page or fixed any limit?
