Just to confirm:
- Custom Investments
- 15.6.1
- One can create a custom investment (a new master object) in Classic
- One can designate that this new master object is a custom investment by selecting "Investment Extension"
- The app will then generate an API Attribute ID based on the object's unique ID
- The new, custom investment, will now be visible in New UX (assuming appropriate rights are granted to user)
- NPIO (out of the box, classic/historic non-project investment objects)
- Don't appear in New UX (except as timesheet selections)
- Do not have the ability to be identified as "Investment Extension"
- Therefore, can't appear in New UX
Do I understand the current state of Custom Investments and NPIOs correctly?
- if not, how does one get an NPIO to show up in New UX?
- If yes,
- Will NPIOs be ported to New UX eventually?
- If not, should one plan to migrate their NPIO content to Custom Investments?
