User Value obligatory in timesheets

I'm trying to make the "User Value 1" or "User value 2" to by mandatory in New UX Timesheets, but there is no configuration for that.

I was wondering about make a proces to check the field in "Sended" timesheetts or something like that. But Process don't have a clean accees to user value in timesheets. (i think it's cause the user value is an atribute from time entry, no timesheets).

Any ideas?

One way we have done this in the past is by using the Timesheet hook and putting a rule there to check for it. 
This validation will be in real time, unlike via process.
This is PWP though and not available out of the box.
