Hi Team
Few users in our community are unable to use the OOTB cyrstal/BO/CSK reports under Reports and jobs although they have all the access rights.
They are getting
rpt 022 error : You do not have proper privileges to run the report.
Other users with same kind of access were able to run the report. how can i trouble shoot it.
