Estimating Tool

We are looking into an estimating tool for Projects.  I have a couple questions about estimating for projects.

• What tool do you use to estimate projects?
• Any recommendations on a good estimating tool?
• Does anyone know of a tool that integrates with Clarity?

Hi Garrett,

You have to take in mind that the tools you are asking are different depending in which part of the process cycle in your business are. If is an idea you have to estimate using NPV if your are trying to demonstrate the present value of the project.If you are executing the project Clarity has an excellent financial (costs, benefits) module. If you are trying to demonstrate the "value" maybe you must consider ROI, IRR, etc it depends from your organization definitions for the evaluations and prioritizations.
