Resource - View Financial

Version 15.6.1.265 01 20.

 

When I edit a project and click on the binocular for project manager lookup to select a new project manager, it would work well for admin user but won't work for the other users (was getting http 504 error). After debugging, figured out that they need Resource - View Financial right. 

So I added the right for OBS for this but it continued to give me the same error. When I add that as global right, it resolved it. But If I add the global right, it will show them all the users instead of the ones which they have access to. 

Do you know how to address this issue?

It should just be "Resource - View" required (not "Resource - View Financial")

I agree with you. But If I don't give that right, I was getting HTTP 504 error for the lookup. And that was only for users who did not have access. Once I give that access, it would work for them. Seems like a bug to me.
