Subject: Can not Log in As an Admin
Hi
May I please ask what is the cause of this error
from the log in screen I entered username and password
then It requires me to change password
I did enter the old password(which I entered on the log in Screen) and new one
when I enter the details it requires me to contact System administrator
I thought I wrote the wrong Old password
I rewrote it but I still get the same Issue
I just wish to know how to solve this and if there are system errors how to solve them
I did check the logs from NSA there is nothing strange or mentioned about system faults
