Hello Liz,
thank you very much for your reply. Regarding the Time Period Span - it's set on Setting in MUX - I tried multiple combinations (weeks/months/quarters/years) - the problem is still there.
As Vitek mentioned, we tried to delete and create Fiscal time periods again, upgrade to the latest version, solve the issue with cost plans..
We have one more idea if it's not lined with a combination of DB and OS because we have same version of PPM with different DB and it's working. Currently, we're using
DB: Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Enterprise edition. service pack 2, OS: Windows Server 2019 - issue appears, but on DB: Oracle 12.1.0.2.0, OS CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core) - working correctly.
Any idea?
Thank you very much for your help and have a good day,
Bara

Just curious if you have the Time Period Span set on Settings in MUX. Is that what was covered in the documentation?
For your other issue on cost plans, did you get that resolved?
I have seen some instances where on the fiscal periods are not in sequential internal ID order. This is evident when you try to create a cost plan under Financial Plans and look at the Fiscal Periods and they are not in order. Just wondering if you try to create a financial plan in MUX under FInancial Plans, can you choose periods? If you can see them are they in chronological order?
