    What rights will give access to Create WIP adjustments and Post to WIP, I got "Approve WIP Adjustments" in global side

    Please advise.

    Financial Process - Work in Process right will give access to Create WIP Adjustment and Post to WIP.

    Also wanted to know what's the difference b/w normal "Resources" view and "Resource finder" - both eventually show the Resource profile.
