    Hello, 

    Greetings of the day! 

    Some of my team members are getting an error in 'My task' dashboard. When they login there is no any assigned tasks available under 'My task' dashboard just they could see warning symbol with error.

    Please help us how this issue can be fixed.

    Hi Riya,

    Is there any error showing in the app-ca.logs when the issue is reproduced?

    A few thoughts as to what may be causing it:

    1. Some type of column list/filter configuration issue, where you could try the steps in this KB for a user to see if that helps: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/30510/restore-defaults-to-resolve-corruption-o.html
    2. If that doesn't help, do the users with the issue share any kind of similar task they are assigned that may be causing the issue?
