    Hi,

    In modern UX, process is not getting triggered after once we upload any file into the attachment field. please share your views on this.

    Hi Ram,

    I suggest you open a Case with Broadcom Support, reference the defect and ask when it will be scheduled to be fixed. This should help get it prioritized with Engineering to be fixed.

    Hi, Janet. Thank you for the suggestion. I already opened a support case (32987647) after this thread started and later support engineer recorded it as a defect DE63867. And now the ticket status is showing as "Pending-Engineering (L2)".

    I will post here once I receive any fix from the team :).
