    Hi All ,

    After patch 10 installation on Clarity 14.3 , the beacon service is not starting on the other clarity server except on NSA server .  Please advice .

    Hi Ritesh,

     

    The error that caused this is most likely:

     

    Failed to communicate: 123.0.9.8 : 9090

     

    Looks like the IP/port you set up for multicast is having an issue. Please ensure the multicast is enabled on this server and that the port is open and there is no network issue. Then restart.

     

    If needed, change the IP/port for multicast on all the servers, and restart.

     

    This should resolve the problem. Hope this helps -Nika
