CA PPM: Single Sign On - On Cloud

    Hi Everyone, 

     

    We are on SaaS Environment and accessing the application through Single Sign on. We recently moved from SAML to OAM. We are having the workflow and it sends the Action Item along with the link. When the user clicks on the link to approve the action item, it gives the below error. Any thoughts?

    Did this ever work before?

     

    I think this would be best resolved through a support case.

    Hi Stephanie, 

     

    It worked until last week and it gives the above error message recently.

    Hi Arun

     

    We may need to capture a fiddler trace to see what is getting blocked. it could be certain characters in the URL and we need to put that in exclusion list.
